The design of the kitchen should take 1-5 days after the measurements have been certified.
Of course, we do have the ability to provide an estimate on-site, but it’s not always necessary. Our skilled designers can give you a rough quote beforehand, so you have an idea of what to expect. When preparing for a kitchen design consultation, it’s always a good idea to come prepared with any inspiration or ideas you may have for your ideal kitchen. This could include pictures you’ve seen online or magazine clippings of kitchens you like, as well as a list of must-have features and appliances. If you have a drawing of what you’re after, bring that along too. It’s also important to bring measurements or a floor plan of your current kitchen, as well as your budget and any concerns or questions you may have for the designer. By being organized and ready, you can make the most out of your consultation and ensure that your dream kitchen becomes a reality.
Based on the information we collect from you, it is possible to give you a rough estimate of what your kitchen may cost. However, it’s important to note that this estimate may not be completely accurate without a full assessment of your specific needs and preferences. Most of the time, we are able to provide a quick estimate with the correct information.
Yes. We have 3 teams in total – the design / quotes team, the manufacturers and the installers. All are employees of Tasker Joinery.
Yes. We are equipped with high end tradesman that are our main sub contractors. This includes: Plumbers, Electricians, Tilers, Gyprockers, etc who we regularly deal with and trust as our own employees.
The timeline for your kitchen to be manufactured may vary, but typically our lead times range from 4 to 6 weeks from job sign off to installation. Please be assured that we are committed to working diligently to ensure that your kitchen is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. If it’s a laminate kitchen with a laminate bench top with tiling used as the splash back, the lead time is 1 – 2 days installed and completed, which includes all the trades. Though if the kitchen has inclusions of Caesarstone bench top the lead time may be 1 – 2 days for the cabinet, then a further 2 – 5 days for the stone be installed.
If it’s a laminate kitchen with a laminate bench top it’s 30% deposit on acceptance of the quote with the balance due on completion.However, if the kitchen has a stone bench top and glass splash back the terms are:
- 30% Deposit on acceptance of the quote
- 60% on installation of the stone
- Balance on installation of glass splash back
Our factory and showroom are situated at 36 Alexander Avenue Taren Point. You can easily reach us by car or public transportation, and we offer ample parking for our customers. Our showroom is always kept in great condition and has a friendly atmosphere, so we warmly welcome you to pay us a visit during our business hours. If you would like to discuss your project with us, it’s best to arrange an appointment beforehand. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, and on Saturdays by appointment only. Yes we can, but we recommend that you get an engineer to inspect the property before designing your kitchen
Yes we do both of these. The lead time is approximately 10 working days after the bench top has been installed.
